Design & Development Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a Design & Development Engineer to join our R&D center that is responsible for providing engineering support in all aspects of design and ensure achievement of project objectives.

Responsibility:

 Provide design and engineering support on R&D projects;
• May take overall responsibility for during product development project/programs;
  o For specific component, or subassembly, complete concept design, obtain and ensure issuance or preliminary drawing;
  o Build and test prototypes and breadboard models and develop test protocol and plans;
  o Participate in review meetings with all functional groups, preproduction’s and design reviews;
  o Interface with other functional groups regarding testing, purchasing, marketing, and manufacturing activities;
  o Take responsibility for coordinating release of preliminary prints in a manner (accuracy, completeness, and timeless);
  o Take responsibility for design including test methods, reliability and risk assessment;
• Support engineering leadership of project throughout the project duration;
• Develop new product and product improvement ideas;
• Provide sustaining engineering support to existing products helping on-going cost reduction and product improvement;
• Ensure that all product development processes and activities conform quality system, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications (education, experience and skills):

• Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 1 year successful Associate Engineering experience focused on product design;
• Experience working with Engineering Change process and manufacturing Bill Of Material system;
• Ability to utilize CAD to do layouts and detail drawings sufficient to build prototypes and convey design concepts to other functional departments;
• Solid Modeling experience required (Solidworks preferred);
• Must have thorough knowledge of mechanical drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing methods;
• Experience designing and analyzing components and subassemblies;
• Proven ability with single and multiple components manufacturing techniques including sheet metal bending, metal stamping, fabrication, extruding, injection molding, and below molding;
• Good PC-User knowledge including Windows applications (Word/Excel/Access/Projects);
• Proven attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated team work skills;
• Effective communication skills.

Accountant - Spanish Speaker (m/f)

We are looking for an Accountant for the Spanish Market to join our Medical Devices multinational company.

Responsibility:

• Do the credit control of Spanish customers overall;
• Book and control all Spanish customer invoices and payments;
• Book and control the Spanish bank accounts for collections;
• Deal with customers for delayed payments;
• Follow up with lawyers if any court action is applicable;
• Do the internal follow up on customers issues;
• Do the internal follow-up of invoices (customers on Hold, credit notes missing, accounts reconciliations);
• Perform the accounting treatment (documents preparation, coding, entry) of receivables and banks in order to guarantee the payment deadlines and related information to the sales team;
• Contribute to the monthly closing (from D to D + 3);
• Respect the rules imposed by SOX for the different activities and formalize them in the AFRM tool;
• Make sure work procedures are correct, updated and respected.

Qualifications (education, experience and skills):

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar;
• 1 year of experience in accounting/ receivables department in sales;
• Fluent spoken Spanish and an excellent standard of written Spanish are required (mandatory);
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP;
• Credit control expertise and follow up of processes with lawyers;
• Good PC-User knowledge including Windows Office;
• Proven attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated team work skills;
• Effective communication skills.

QA Technical Assistant - Spanish Speaker (m/f)


We are looking for a QA Technical Assistant for the Spanish Market to join our Medical Devices multinational company.

Responsibility:

• Contact with Spanish customers for returns, quality feedback and follow up of claims;
• Supervise checking returns, RAN´s, complains & other information’s related to Spanish market quality complains;
• Check products or packaging upon receipt or returns for the Spanish market;
• Arrange regular reviews and set up action plans if necessary;
• Maintain and communicate with the team and logistics on monthly KPI’s;
• Ensure follow up of the complaint with closure of each process and reports to dealers if necessary.

Qualifications (education, experience and skills):

• High School;
• 2 years of experience in a similar function;
• Fluent English;
• Fluent spoken Spanish and an excellent standard of written Spanish are required (mandatory);
• Technical oriented, knowledge of quality management processes is a plus;
• Good PC-User knowledge including Windows Office and ERP;
• Demonstrated team work skills;
• Autonomy, rigor and organization skills.

After Sales Technician – Spanish Speaker (m/f)


We are looking for an After Sales Technician for the Spanish Market to join Invacare, a Medical Devices multinational company.
 
Responsibility
  • Receive, prepare, repair, pack and ship products claim by Spanish market after analyses and decision if under or out of warranty;
  • Send quotations to Spanish dealers for repairs;
  • Follow up complaints, RAN procedures and CRM indications under company requirements;
  • Follow up issues with customers and manage inconsistencies with third parties: transport, customer services, etc.
  • Make the necessary registrations and movements in ERP system;
  • Contribute to Invacare’s overall outstanding performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Qualifications (education, experience and skills):
  • High School Education, preferably as in general mechanics area or similar;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a an after sales/ repair position;
  • Fluent spoken Spanish and an excellent standard of written Spanish are required (mandatory);
  • Basic spoken and written English skills;
  • Autonomous, dynamic and voluntary person;
  • Organized and rigorous mind, with good analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and social skills and customer focus.

Customer Service Advisors – Spanish Speaker (m/f)

  • Do a correct management, follow-up and response to customer complaints, properly articulating with other departments;   
  • Provide technical, administrative and commercial advice to the customers, to ensure a high customer loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Promote Invacare’s products and services;
  • Contribute to Invacare’s overall outstanding performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Qualifications (education, experience and skills):
  • High School Education, preferably as a commercial technician or similar;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position;
  • Fluent spoken Spanish and an excellent standard of written Spanish are required (mandatory);
  • Basic spoken and written English skills;
  • Comfortable with using ERP, CRM, connected applications and Microsoft Office; 
  • Excellent communication and social skills and customer focus (listening, re-formulation, diagnosis, solutions proposals, negotiation capabilities);
