We are seeking a HR Analyst for a hybrid position, responsible to co-design HR related reports and provide Business with people-related insights. Collaborating closely with Global HR C&B and Analytics Manager and our regional HR counterparts, your contributions and analytical skills will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and maintenance of HR tools and processes across our organization, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collect and meticulously analyze data pertaining to headcount, turnover, retention, performance, and other essential HR metrics:
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to contribute to the formulation of an effective HR strategy;
- Develop and maintain HR reporting systems and intuitive dashboards that provide meaningful visualizations;
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and quantify the impact of HR initiatives.
- Work in tandem with IT to uphold data integrity and security.
- Evaluate the structure of HR data and recommend continuous enhancements to elevate data quality and reporting capabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly personnel reports for senior management.
- Generate ad-hoc reports concerning people-related insights for senior Finance management and other relevant stakeholders;
- Maintain up-to-date organizational charts;
- Provide support for compensation-related initiatives.
Qualifications (education, experience and skills):
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent qualification;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical or similar role within an international setting (exposure to financial or HR services being a distinct advantage);
- Project management experience;
- Expertise in data analysis and experience utilizing data visualization and reporting tools;
- Advanced computer skills, including being an expert user of MS Excel, Power Queries, or equivalent analytical and visualization tools;
- Proficient relationship-building abilities, enabling effective communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executive management and functional leaders;
- Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); any other European language is a plus.
